Return and Refund Policy
Managing Disruptions sells digital products only. All purchases are for immediate digital delivery.
Right of Withdrawal
Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to confirm your consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. By confirming and completing your purchase, you waive your 14-day statutory cooling-off period.
No refunds are issued for change of mind once a digital product has been delivered.
Technical Delivery Issues
If you have a technical problem accessing your purchase, contact us at me@lauratomasjimenez.com. We will work with you to resolve delivery issues.
Defective Digital Content
If the digital content you purchased does not conform to what was described at the time of purchase (for example, it is inaccessible, corrupted, or materially different from its description), contact us at me@lauratomasjimenez.com. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement or remedy in accordance with your rights under EU consumer law.
Erroneous Purchases
We do not issue refunds for accidental purchases or change of mind. If you believe a technical error caused a duplicate or unintended charge, contact us at me@lauratomasjimenez.com and we will investigate.
